Having completed my schooling & graduation in software engineering from Calicut, Kerala. I explored my interests in Mentoring & Technology by rendering support & empowering students with technology aids in Malaysia & Singapore. It is during those days is when I realized my true passion for training, coaching & mentoring and back home I happened to join this organization called Junior Chamber International which helped me refine & polish my training skills.
Travelling & Meeting people from different spheres of life is always dear to me. Have been fortunate to mentor & train people from across the globe. Korea, Malaysia , Singapore & China being some of the countries where I was able to share my expertise with my clients. My experience as a Digital Marketing Consultant made me realize that many of the business owners are being taken for a ride by the so called digital marketing agencies only for the simple reason that many of them are not aware of the objectives that they want to meet through Digital Media. They are not aware of the possibilities of this industry , hence my core objective as a mentor to them would be to help them be aware of the online world and how best can they utilize this for their benefit.

Born in Kerala, Raised in Chandigarh, College in Coimbatore & worked in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Calicut, have been fortunate to be among people from different walks of life. Since childhood, was passionate about teaching Science , have explored teaching various age groups at Schools & Colleges. It is through the eyes of my students that I found the Coach in me, they have always found an influencer, a mentor & a trust worthy soul in me. Situations in Life Unleashed the Entrepreneur in me , founded learning Arena- an Online Tutoring company in 2013 with just two tutors & 5 students , Learning Arena now has a pool of 25 tutors across India & sells more than 500 tutoring hours a month.
Sharing the Entrepreneurial Experience, stories of my failures, secrets of my success with Learning Arena (business no one explored those days), helped Individuals focus & apply strategies in their own fields which led me to helping more & more fellow entrepreneurs & business leaders. Hence started my journey of Leadership Coaching , Business Coaching , Training & Consulting.
